What does this limited warranty cover?

This limited warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, the Up Filer™/Westerville Design LLC will replace at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective due to improper material or manufacture, under normal use and maintenance.

 

What will we do to correct the problem?

 We will replace part or all of the product at no charge.

 

What is not covered by the limited warranty?

The limited warranty does not cover any issues caused by: conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in materials or manufacturing.

 

How long is the warranty period?

The warranty period for products purchased from The Up Filer is 1 year from the date of purchase.
